For Customers
Q. How does Briz-In work?
Briz-In is a search directory and discovery engine. You can search for verified self-drive cars, VIP escort convoys, heavy-duty trucks, delivery riders, and public transit hub route fares. Once you find a suitable listing, click "Contact Vendor" to connect directly with the vehicle operator on WhatsApp or call them to negotiate and finalize your booking.
Q. How do I pay for my vehicle booking?
Because Briz-In connects you directly with independent vendors and drivers, all payments are made directly to the vendor according to their business terms (such as bank transfer, cash, or mobile money). Briz-In does not charge booking fees to customers and does not process rental payments on the platform.
Q. Are the vendors verified and safe?
Yes. We verify vendors using phone OTP checks and a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) screening process that includes verifying government IDs. Look for the green "Verified" checkmark badge on vendor profiles for extra peace of mind.
Q. Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Cancellation and modification policies are set independently by each vendor. Since you negotiate and book directly with the vendor, please discuss their cancellation policy and refund terms prior to sending any payment.
For Vendors & Fleets
Q. How do I list my vehicles?
Create a Briz-In account, click "Get Started", select "Apply as Vendor" to complete your business profile and verify your phone number via OTP. Once submitted, our admin team reviews application submissions within 24 hours. After approval, you can switch to Vendor Mode and start adding listings.
Q. How do customers connect with me?
When customers find your vehicle listing in our directory, they click "Contact Vendor". This redirects them directly to a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation or opens a direct phone call to you. You can talk to the customer, negotiate price terms, and handle bookings using your preferred methods.
Q. What are the fees to list vehicles?
Creating an account and starting is free! We offer a standard free listing limit. For larger fleets or operators seeking premium search placement, active promotions, and detailed expense tracker tools, we provide flexible premium plans. You can view, compare, and manage subscriptions directly from your Vendor Dashboard.
Q. Can I list different categories of vehicles?
Yes! You can list logistics delivery bikes, self-drive rentals, cars with professional drivers, moving vans, heavy-duty cargo trucks, or interstate transport buses. You categorize each vehicle correctly during the listing creation form.

Q. Is Briz-In available in my state?
Briz-In is active across Nigeria, with primary launch density in Delta (Warri, Asaba, Ughelli), Edo, and Lagos states. You can use the state selectors or city filters on our homepage to see listings near you.
